A little about me...

I’ve devoted my life to the unending pursuit of human potential; not as an idea, but as a practice.

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of physical training and personal development, helping men build strength, clarity, and consistency by focusing on who they are becoming, not just what they are doing.

My background includes formal study in kinesiology and sport performance, applied study of ontology (how identity and behavior are formed), decades of hands-on coaching, and more than 15 years as a fitness specialist for Apple.

Across many years, one truth has proved itself repeatedly: our true potential can only be cultivated once the body and mind are trained as one.

My role isn’t only to motivate or inspire, but to guide, challenge, and help men follow through on what they already know they’re capable of. This work isn’t about half measures. It’s about forging strength, identity, and inner power that lasts.
