A little about me...
I’ve devoted my life to the unending pursuit of human potential - not as an idea, but as a practice. For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of physical training and personal development, helping men build strength, clarity, and consistency through being versus only doing.
My background includes formal study in kinesiology, sport performance and ontology, decades of hands-on coaching, and more than 15 years as a fitness specialist for Apple.
Across many years, one truth has proved itself to me: our true potential can only be cultivated once the body and mind are trained as one.
